Welcome to Predictable Success System, a high-touch advisory membership operated by Salty Insight Agency, owned by Alisha Whaley (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing an annual membership (“Membership”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”). Please read them carefully before subscribing.

1. PARTICIPANT CONDUCT

We are committed to providing a focused, respectful, and productive experience for all members. Salty Insight Agency reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to limit, suspend, or terminate your participation—without refund or forgiveness of remaining payments—if:

  • You become disruptive, hostile, or difficult to work with

  • You fail to follow program guidelines or community standards

  • Your behavior negatively impacts instructors, facilitators, or other members

This includes participation across live calls, recorded content, private communities, or any digital spaces related to the Membership.

2. PRIVACY & CONFIDENTIALITY

We respect your privacy—and expect you to respect the privacy of others. By participating, you agree:

  • Not to infringe upon any participant’s or the Company’s intellectual property rights

  • That any confidential information shared by participants or the Company is proprietary and must remain private

  • Not to disclose, reproduce, or use confidential information outside of program discussions

  • That all materials provided are the exclusive intellectual property of Salty Insight Agency

  • Not to copy, share, sell, teach, or distribute program materials without written consent

You may share your own results, but the experiences, stories, or statements of other members must remain strictly confidential.

Violation of this section may result in immediate removal and injunctive relief.

Participation is also subject to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

3. PROGRAM CONTENT

All education, tools, templates, and guidance provided are for general educational purposes only and are not tailored business, legal, financial, or tax advice.

  • Program content is for individual use only

  • Materials may not be shared, recorded, resold, or repurposed

  • You assume full responsibility for how you apply the information

  • We are not liable for decisions made based on program content

We assume no responsibility for errors or omissions in materials.

4. ROI GUARANTEE

The client is guaranteed the possibility of a minimum 6% compounded return on investment through implementation of Predictable Success System frameworks within the first 12 months, assuming systems are followed consistently.

If this outcome is not achieved, Salty Insight Agency will continue working with the client for up to an additional 90 days at no additional cost.

Guarantee Conditions

To remain eligible, the client must:

  1. Attend or watch replays of scheduled 1:1 sessions

  2. Complete assigned worksheets, dashboards, and tracking systems

  3. Actively participate in implementation and accountability processes

We reserve the right to request proof of completion. Failure to provide proof disqualifies the guarantee.

This guarantee reflects what is possible with proper execution—not a promise of automatic results.

5. OFFER & PAYMENT TERMS

  • Membership term: 12 months

  • Includes: monthly 1:1 calls, weekly accountability, dashboards, planning support, and private community access

  • Missed calls or sessions do not roll over

Payment options may include Pay-in-Full or approved payment plans, as listed on the checkout page.

All sales are final. No pauses, suspensions, or cancellations will be granted once enrolled—regardless of business changes, relocation, burnout, or capacity shifts. Exceptions are solely at the Company’s discretion.

6. AUTOMATIC RENEWAL

Your Membership automatically renews every 12 months unless canceled prior to renewal.

  • Renewal is charged to the original payment method on file

  • You may cancel renewal by submitting a written request via email before the next billing cycle

  • Failure to cancel results in automatic renewal under the same terms

7. THIRD-PARTY FINANCING PROVIDERS

If offered, third-party financing (e.g., Affirm, Klarna) is governed by a separate agreement between you and the provider.

  • Salty Insight Agency is not responsible for approval, fees, or disputes

  • Financing approval does not change refund or cancellation policies

  • All financing obligations remain your responsibility

8. DISCLAIMERS & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We make no guarantees regarding specific financial outcomes.

Results depend on your effort, leadership, decision-making, and market conditions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Salty Insight Agency is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, cyber incidents, or labor disruptions.

10. NO LEGAL OR FINANCIAL ADVICE

All guidance is educational. Consult licensed professionals before making legal, financial, or tax decisions.

11. MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
