Graduating college at 19 with a Graphic Arts Degree taught me early how to think for myself. Becoming a full-time mother before growing a business taught me how to lead with boundaries, clarity, and intention—even when that approach didn’t look like the “norm.”

Fair enough.

But my desire has never been to be right—it’s to help you uncover the answers you already know, without watering them down.

I never thought I had the personality for leadership.

I didn’t come up through corporate. I didn’t follow a neat, linear path. I built credibility by doing—learning fast, adjusting often, and staying grounded in real life.
