Former graphic designer, now a branding coach for business women seeking more. I’ve lived long enough to experience a great many things in this life and the one thing that holds true is that if you want your life to change, you have to be willing to do the work to change your ‘self’.
Let me tell you a little about how it all started…
Back in 2003, I enrolled in the Graphic Arts program at Linn Benton Community College.
I spent over 20 years in the world of online branding, I watched as the world evolved and eventually started to become unremarkable. The innovation of design fell flat and put too much emphasis on video. Resulting in the enhancement of the nano second attention span of anyone’s target audience.
The art of capturing attention and keeping it has been lost.
Everyone had the same logos (or none at all), same fonts, same imitation of the latest trend. The same easily forgotten impact. I was tired of the same curated masks — I had to challenge the systems behind it scenes!
So I created Salty Insight Brand Management Coaching and Consulting for the small town boss ladies who want more than just “pretty” — You want to become memorable. I help you uncover the story only YOU can tell — and then design a brand that makes people FEEL the mission behind what you do.

The personal
In 2011, my life took a wonderful turn with the birth of my twin boys. I took a step back from full-time work to focus on being a stay-at-home mom.
During that time, I worked on design projects here and there to keep my skills sharp and my knowledge fresh. Now, with my boys growing up, I’m back and more passionate than ever about helping business women manage a well branded business with the audacity to be different!
Over the years, I’ve seen so many incredibly talented women-owned businesses struggle to get the recognition they deserve because their branding wasn’t doing them justice. That’s why I’m on a mission to change the game. Your brand should be your biggest cheerleader—a reflection of your talent, your hard work, and your vision. It shouldn’t be a source of stress or a project you dread tackling.
