I built Salty Insight because I've watched individuals pour years into a business, and end up buried inside it. I’ve been in the trap of having built myself into the position of managing operations solo only to discover that if I wasn’t working, the business suffered.

I'm a homeschooled kid with a GED. I built brand identities for online businesses for over 20 years after earning a degree in Graphic Arts specializing in web design and digital branding. I walked away from that business after my divorce and worked the front desk of a chiropractic clinic while I navigated healing and co-parenting my twin boys. I was promoted to COO where I worked myself out of a job less than two years later.
