HI, I’M Alisha!
I started in Graphic Arts more than 20 years ago, designing the logos, websites, print materials, and marketing businesses used to get noticed. Over time, I became far more interested in why some of those businesses grew and others didn’t. Eventually, I wasn’t standing outside the business anymore. I was inside one.
I worked my way from the front desk into executive leadership, eventually serving as COO/CFO and helping grow an established service-based business from roughly $50K to $80K in monthly revenue in under a year. That experience changed how I think about marketing.
Getting attention is only one piece of the job. Marketing has to make sense for the business you’re building, the customers you want next, and the capacity you have to serve them. And eventually, the marketing that built a good business has to evolve if you want that business to keep growing.
That’s why I built Salty Insight.
Not to give established business owners another marketing formula to follow, but to sit beside them, look at the whole picture, ask better questions, dig into the data, and build a marketing strategy they can actually trust.
